Avoid this service at all costs! The staff is completely unprofessional. The first time, they broke the wiper arms on my truck because they didn’t know how to remove them properly. The second time, they promised to carefully remove and reinstall the windshield on my car — instead, they broke it and charged me three times more for a replacement. I had a chip on my glass that I needed taken care of quickly before heading out of town. Advanced glass got me in immediately, and fixed it at a fair price. Everyone was friendly and wanted to help!
My company has used them for a few windshield replacements. This time around they came to our job site to replace my windshield and others, and the service definitely seemed worse than others. They took forever and in the process they were stepping all over my items inside of the vehicle through stuff on the floor it is a sandy parking lot so I have footprints over Jackets and papers that were inside The vehicle will not use again.
NEVER go to a cheap windshield repair shop. I took my Tesla in for a small chip, hoping for a preventative fix. After their "repair," I ended up with a 10-inch crack and now have to replace the entire windshield. They never disclosed or explained that their process could make it worse or cause a crack. I spoke with the owner's son, but he refused to admit they should have explained the risks. If I had known, I would have just lived with the chip.
