Called Autoglass Pros after safelight had to leave my repair unfinished with a long delay to come back out. He was quick to text back and forth with me to come up with a convent time to fix it the next day. Repair went quickly and efficiently. Great experience.
Extremely happy to have found Auto Glass Pros after calling around several different glass repair companies in the area. Was great to speak with Michael over the phone and could tell customer service was important very quickly. Michael did an excellent job on replacing my damaged windshield. Sunday - called Michael during NFC playoffs. He tried return call twice SUNDAY, then 8:20 am Monday. Came to home prior 9 am n repaired my windshield. GREAT response and Prompt service ! We really wanted to like Auto Glass Pros and use a local business instead of a big corporation. Michael came out in 2022 to replace the windshield on our Audi Q7, he replaced the windshield just fine, but wasn’t able to get the rear view mirror back on. He took payment for the job and told us to take it to the dealer to have them put it back on. What a pain. This week we decided to give them another chance when our Audi A3 was broken into.
