Was able to get my windshield replaced within 24 hours. I drove down to Raleigh from Delaware to visit family and unfortunately a rock got me. I emailed Auto Glass that night and got a response almost immediately and they were able to send someone out the next day. Due to visiting family I was unable to be there but the tech communicated with me and was able to replace the windshield without me being there which I really appreciated. Reached out to Michael after a rock cracked my windshield and it started to split. Michael is personable and friendly, walked through what he would do and completed it in a timely manor. He repaired my windshield quickly on site and knew what he was doing, quicker and cheaper than safelite. Thank you!

Fast response to a Sunday request for a windshield replacement. The job was done before lunch on Monday. Mike was great to work with, great at his craft. Not looking forward to having another cracked windshield, but I am looking forward to only using Auto Glass Pros of Raleigh if I do.
