I called and the person answering the phone said their name was Sarah Mitchell, but it was an automated machine answering the phone, so it was not a person named Sarah Mitchell, they are dishonest right from the start. I finally reached someone and they were basically same as talking to the machine , not friendly at all, no personality, i asked to speak to someone else and they refused. Called and asked if they could fix my window, even said if they couldn’t I would take it elsewhere. This is how they decided to fix my window. CHARGED ME $100 for this. I noticed when I got down the road. Called and they said they would get back ahold of me. They did not. 😡😡😡😡
