I took my car to Auto Glass Pro for a simple chip repair, and they managed to make it worse. The chip turned into a crack within days, and they claimed it was my fault. Their so-called 'warranty' is useless, and I had to go elsewhere to get it properly fixed.

Windscreen Replacement I went to Auto Glass Pro for a windshield replacement, and it was a huge mistake. The new windshield was installed crooked, and there was a constant whistling noise while driving. When I called to complain, they were dismissive and refused to fix it without charging extra.

Terrible Service I had my windshield replaced here, and within a week, it started leaking! When I called them, they refused to fix it without charging me again.
