HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! POOR QUALITY!! I had a very disappointing experience with Mazatlán Auto Glass. They came out to replace the window on my Ram, and less than 10 days later the glass cracked—even though I barely drive the truck and there was no impact or damage that would have caused it. What made the experience even worse is that they don’t even want to come back out to inspect or fix the problem, even though it was clearly caused by the poor installation or the low-quality materials they used. They do an amazing job getting an OEM Mercedes rear passenger window. They were fast, communicative, and had an amazing price compared to others. Highly recommend!
They came to my house the same day and replaced my windshield within an hour, then helped me fix the door window in my truck. Nice people, and very knowledgeable.
