This was my second experience using auto glass now and they truly have the best customer service!!! I highly recommend them
Waited 2 days for a 3 hour project. Everyone this particular day was waiting over a day as well. Clearly overbooks their appointments and tells customers “first come first serve” to avoid taking responsibility for completing projects on time.
Good price on windshield replacement and was able to get on the schedule 2 days out. DROP off vehicle if you plan any service. I was told estimate wait time 1.5-2 hrs and it ended up taking 3.5 hours. In a waiting room with no restroom, disgusting tv shows playing and ghetto music blasting in the service area. Very unprofessional service.
Repair pro came to my house, swapped out our cracked windshield with a new one in about 1 hour. Great service! About a day after I got this error in my VW. We’re busy I travel for work and we have two kids. Never got the chance to take it in and get this code off. After calling back the lady on the phone said it wasn’t from the windshield. She told me I didn’t know how to do her job and that what I read online was wrong.
