The whole process was very easy. I was able to book online and got follow up emails, text updates and a phone call to confirm my appointment. I had to call a few times with questions and was met with great customer service. I used the mobile option where they come to your house. The guy let us know when he was on his way and was very friendly. He did the job in about 2.5 hours and I was able to stay at home and take care of my business, he just let us know when he was done. Excellent experience. Our tech was very professional, was done in less time than was estimated and did a perfect job!
