Update: Needed chip in windshield of my 2014 Rav4 fixed to get thru July 31 VA State Inspection. Auto Glass Now doesn't require reservations to get chips fixed. I drove Rav 4 to their location. Within 15 minutes technician came out to car and applied fixes. After another 15 minutes elapsed to allow fix to cure, I was on my way home. Car passed inspection that same day. Worst experience ever, got rescheduled multiple times, just for the tech to get here and not have the right windshield.
