Amazingly quick replacement windshield for our Ford Escape. Calibration was included and works perfectly! Although this was an unexpected expense, Auto Glass Now was reasonably priced and cheaper than Safelite!

Their receptionist, Courtney, is god awful at her job. Screws up notes, can’t order parts, can’t even make and save appointments. Completely screwed up everything for me and she couldn’t care less. I recommend asking someone else to help besides Courtney because she only specializes in incompetence
I have been a mechanic for 30 plus years and this was the worst workmanship I have ever seen. They rushed the job leaving screws out of key components like the forward camera system. They broke clips and tried to glue them back together. They removed the factory wiper arm covers and nuts and either lost or tossed them away. The nuts they used to reattach the wiper arm were incorrect and would not tighten wiper arms up. So the camera system was loose and the wipers no longer worked.
