This turned out to be an awful experience. First, I made an appointment for 1:00 but they didn't start until 2. I just wanted them to install a new regulator in my 2003 Odyssey. After the technician disassembled the inner door, he opened up the part and held up against the door and claimed I had brought them the wrong part. I called Autozone and rechecked the part number.
