UPDATE: In business, mistakes happen. It is all about how you deal with them after the fact and I will say, Auto Glass Now was a pain at first, but they made right of their mistake, came out to me, and fixed the mistake instantly. They stood by their word and replaced my glass a second time and has my electronics working. Their tech was a really cool guy (not the bald guy mentioned below).
