Helpful friendly front desk, clean waiting area and restroom, reasonable wait, cheapest price I found, good work.
Communication about arrival time was poor from the technician, I had to call the scheduling line because text from them had stated that the tech would contact me to confirm a time that morning…he called shorty after my inquiry. The replacement was done quickly but there seemed to be a great deal of glass left in the door, the techs response was that it would work its way out the drain holes over time. I removed the door panel and vacuumed the glass out myself after the repair, all three pounds of it!!! Obviously there was li... read more
At first was a little leery about the whole set up however, I quickly became comfortable with it. Talk to the technician after that my mind was at ease. They did a fantastic job. I’m happy if I have a problem I’ll go back. It’s all good.!
