This is about the branch on W. Belmont in Chicago. They were efficient and pleasant and did nice work when they replaced my windshield. The manager(whose name is escaping me right now-sorry:( ) is on top of everything. It was worth the bit of a drive I had to do to get there.
Customer service was exceptional. Finished a head of schedule with some great local restaurant advice.

Window replacement was fast but at what cost? I can tell the guy was in a rush to finish and still left broken glass within my car door, back seats, and front passenger seat. A lot of broken glass was still under the mats. When I roll my window all the way down and then roll it back up it squeaks so bad it sounds like the glass that wasn’t vacuumed out scratches my new window. Whenever I close the door I can hear all the broken glass that was still left within the door.
