They did a great job handling my insurance and providing general customer service, but I struggled with the shop's customer service. I came here to get my windshield replaced because it was the company my insurance worked with. They completed the main job of fixing my windshield. But they took a piece off my car without communicating that to me and just gave me the broken part. We had to go back so they could fix it and the manager, Nick, lied to us about what they did. This company is the worse ever no fotos of the job donde bad communication and also they charge upfront and don’t do the job
Avoid at all cost! Team is nice, but they don't take accountability when they make a mistake. Currently, still trying to get my car back to normal working order after nearly a month since the service. STAY AWAY! I often don't write reviews, but the level of poor professionalism at this shop, coupled with their leadership neglecting to find resolution (and frankly making no attempt to contact me and fix this issue), is unbelievable.
