THEY PUT MY 14 YEAR OLD PITTED WINDSHIELD BACK IN MY CAR AFTER I REQUESTED A NEW ONE. TOLD HOW MUCH THE WINDSHIELD WAS GOING TO BE. ON TOP OF THAT THE WINDOW IS DIRTIER THAN IT WAS BEFORE. THEY DIDNT PUT A DROP OF GLASS CLEANER ON MY WINDSHIELD. TERRIBLE.
Customer service was very knowledgable and accomdating with our glass repair. Brianna was very pleasant to work with including filing our insurance claim. The SHOP in Springfield were awesome and were able to complete our windshield a day ahead of our appointment (dropped car off early.) This was a tremendous help as we were traveling out of the county.
