Booked an appointment a week in advance and then the day before the appointment I got a call saying that the glass arrived broken so they rescheduled to the Friday that week. Then got a call on Thursday that the glass is not there yet and they have to reschedule again. I cancelled and went with another location. Sorry but your time is not more important than mine. If you cannot handle appointments please don’t make them.
Easy, fast, polite and economical will definitely recommend everyone to use them! And they travel to you!!! Loved it!
Had a great experience here. Safelite canceled my appointment an hour before I was due to arrive. I took the day off, so I was scrambling to find a new place. I called Autoglasnow and was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Thank you Ed & Alexis.
