Great service!
I am in the process of using this business to handle a winshield replacement and this was the worst customer service over the phone. I work retail and you can speak to speak the way this lady did. I am really dreading using the business now. I wish I never called this place to handle my claim. The worst customer service. There is no communication. You have to be the go between for insurance and when someone does answer your many calls they seem irritated to be on the phone. I can not stress enough DO NOT USE TBIS COMPANY.
The communication was good, they gave me an accurate quote online and on the phone and called me when they were on their way and came to my house which was very convenient. The price was fair and they did a good job.

Came out on time and finished my windshield in less than a hour. He was very friendly and I recommend them to anyone. My windshield looks great. Thank you!
