My windshield in 2018 Kia Sedona cracked the week before. My windshield has a camera for lane departure and adaptive cruise, that must be calibrated to work properly. Upon doing extensive research, this shop offered the best deal. Excellent service, great and pleasant staff in a very friendly environment. The lobby has a TV, a complementary coffee and water. Only had to wait a few days for an appointment, I was given a nice discount for doing so . Kind of far from Niles, but the absolute best price around. Jesus did a great job: while the rest of my car was covered in dirt and salt, my windshield gleamed. Mike , the manager, was really nice and Lisa R, who booked me and offered the discount, was pleasant as can be. All around a great experience. Two thumbs up!!
Oh Boy ! Where do I start ? Seriously the Level of Hard work and Great Service these guys put in is Top Tier !!! I had to get my windshield replaced and they did an immaculate job . Very pleased with the service provided by Mike and his team. Setting up the appointment was very easy and unlike any other windshield replacement company, I was asked if I wanted OME (original manufacturer equipment) part. Thank you for giving me a choice! Drop off and installation was seamless. Appreciate the professionalism and the solid work that was done.
