I originally made an appointment with Safelite and did price shopping with other companies. One of the companies I went with is Auto Glass Now (AGN). The representative I initially spoke to at AGN was professional and able to beat Safelite’s discounted price, so I kept my appointment with AGN. Small chip in the window the size of a drop of water so I brought it in to have it repaired on 5/1/26. The tech looked at it and indicated it can easily be repaired with an epoxy and it would be filled in. Paid 75$ for the repair. A few days later I received a request for a review so I checked the chip, I ran my finger over the top and it was still quite deep like as it felt when I brought it in. I had a great experience having my windshield repaired. Company and confirmation were communicative and worked around my work schedule/ availability. Tech showed up within promised time frame, was quick and understanding of my work from home situation. Easy. I would use this company again and recommend to use them.
My experience with Auto Glass Now has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. When I initially called to schedule my appointment, there was no follow-up or confirmation whatsoever. My experience with Auto Glass Now in Arlington Heights has been absolutely unacceptable, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company think twice before handing them the keys to their vehicle. I hired them to repair the rear glass on my vehicle. From the beginning, they tried to push aftermarket glass on me even though I specifically wanted OEM glass.
