These guys are Awesome! I discovered a huge crack in my windshield right before I was scheduled to drive out of town. I searched online and found Auto Glass Now right in Euclid. I called and Sam found my windshield, and gave me an appt same day. Thank you soo much for accommodating me and giving me top-notch service!

I do not recommend I had an appointment 8/28 at 8am I spoke to the manager he was very rude and then told me the windshield glass was cracked the one they received but I was upset because no one called me to let me know so I didn’t have to make that drive then he tells me he has to order it and it won’t arrive until Monday and then that he wouldn’t know if it would come cracked or not.
I am very impressed by Auto Glass Now. From the appointment setter on the phone to the technician, Tyler, I cannot ask for a better experience. Tyler was "the three P's" I need in a service provider...punctual, professional and polite! My ML350 looks great with a brand new windshield. The job was completed in my garage, and it cost half of what I was quoted by another national glass company. I highly recommend!
