Have to wait but did a great job
Even though I had an appointment, it took 2 hours to get done. Some who got there an hour after me was done before my car was even started. When I checked in to get an ETA they told me they were “waiting for glass” and that they went on a run at 1:15…which was more than an hour after my appointment. They said it would only take 10 minutes once they got the glass, but again only when I ASKED. They knew I was waiting and I also communicated when I did leave briefly.
