installers going hungry but management and ownership eating well and paying mortgages. investigate manager and ownership before spending your American dollars.
be very, very careful.... better off using an american owned company.
manager is a thief. one installer realized customers were being deceived and left. that installer was not paid for 1 hour..... look at owners and see where the money is being sent. very suspicious. should be investigated by department of justice.
They advertise 50% off but Safelite was about $100 cheaper compared to what we finally paid. I feel like I got caught up in a bait and switch operation since on the phone our quote was much lower than Safelite. Once we had left our car there we got a call saying that a different type windshield would be required and the price ended up going from 300 and some dollars to $520 $20 was charged for using our credit card but they do not accept checks. The place is kind of creepy I would just stay away from it...
This place sucks fucking dick. I waited 2 and half hours for them to tell me they couldn't fix it. I even asked them before if my situation was fixable and they said yes. So I sat there for absolutely nothing, They have horrible customer service and when I left my trucks smelled like fucking cigarettes. 10/10 recommended not going to.
