They replaced my back window on y SUV at a GREAT price. 1/3 what the dealership estimated and almost half what other shops quoted. I know the tech at least 25 years of experience and did a great job. This is more difficult than a windshield. The molding and the wiper complicates things. I see some rating on the Auto Glass Now that say 3.4 stars but the Raleigh location is a head above other locations of this company. If I could leave, no stars I would. We contacted Safelite by recommendation of our insurance after our back windshield was shattered (but still in place). We made an appointment with them to have our windshield replaced in our driveway. When they showed up, they pushed the glass into our car, shattered most of it out and then realized they didn't have the proper parts to finish the job. I was in Metairie, Louisiana visiting my family back on 11-22-22. Decided to get my windshield replaced on my 2019 XT-5. I researched it and decided to get it replaced at Autoglassnow. They did, the next day it rained hard. Intermittent wipers and rain sensor never worked again. Went back, they called me into the shop. Showed me the wipers working spraying it with a water hose. Glass Now is not one of them. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!! AUTO GLASS NOW / SKEWED RATINGS Auto Glass Now has developed a history of removing honest negative ratings in order to distort the truth about the overall customer experiences. This review, had been deleted and is now being reposted. My son had his windshield replaced on his 2021 Rubicon at this establishment, only to have the windshield develop a significant crack over 26 inches long 6 days later.
