Absolutely horrible service! They dented the trim as well as the molding and I didn't notice until a few weeks later. I brought it back and the guy completely denied it was them, stating that it was already like that prior to him working on it. Of course if that was the case he should have told me that when he was working on it. They made me go to 3 different places to get an estimate. I just called them, and they are $80 cheaper than their closest competitor (Ace) with a lifetime warranty in Midlothian. I've used them 4 times in the past and their prices are outstanding, so fast and their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. This is my 5th windshield, customer for life.
I went in late in the afternoon and they still got my vehicle in right away. It only took an hour and the price was very good. The installer was very friendly and helpful. Very good service.

My windshield was cracked and I called Glass Masters. The only day I could get it done was on Saturday and they took care of my car. They also gave me a great price. I will be taking my other car to them shortly.
