This is the second time I've had to replace my windshield in my truck. First time Safelite replaced it for a reasonable price. It was only after I got another cracked windshield did I see the issues that I had. I took my truck back to them to be repaired and they said it looked to have a TINY chip in it which gets them off the hook (of course) of having to replace it under the warranty, then gave me a quote which was over $100 more than the last time and told me it was a rate increase. My mechanic recommended Joe at Auto Glass Now to remove and replace a mirror on my windshield. I had already been turned down by a auto glass business saying it can not be done. Within minutes from entering the building (without an appointment) Joe had taken it off the mirror cleaned the area and replaced it.

After 3 windshields installed in the same truck that leaked, I asked for a refund. The manager would not refund my money unless they pulled their windshield out. That's fine with me, it leaked anyway. I had another more reputable company install my windshield and it is leak free. The more reputable company got it right in one try! I still have not received my refund now a week later. I'm taking them to court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE, go somewhere, anywhere else.
Do not use this location. I had a $500 dollar camera stolen from my car while it was being repaired. I was from out of town. They would not cooperate with the police and turn over video. Additionally, the repair looks terrible and I will have to replace the windshield anyway.
Wow! I couldnﾒt believe that Glass Masters beat my lowest quote by $100.00 and great friendly service. Great warranty, I already recommend them to others.
