Not a good experience. Went yesterday sat 2 hours they said they had to special order it per the manager or whoever he was assured me it would be in this morning asked that I come back at 8am this morning after sitting there another 2 hours they call me back up tell me I had to have a special windshield which the guy already knew because he is the one who told me it had a humidity sensor on it and said I would have to make an hour and a half trip to Birmingham and have them do it. The guy that answered the phone was very rude. He also told me they do not offer mobile service, the website says you do. Would never use this company.

Very unreliable, stole the speaker out of my door an drilled holes in the door to install the busted speaker they swapped for my non busted factory speaker.
Very unprofessional, went to get a rear door window replaced, they got the window in, I pick up my truck an on the way home I hear hear a noise the entire ride so I take the door panel off when I get home. Notice the door handle isn’t connected an the speaker is not in my door so I call an they tell me to bring it back, so I rush back to the Montgomery, al location to get speaker put back in door before closing. friendly and helpful staff .. Also crashed wrapped my window for free
I ordered a piece of glass that was supposed to be there at 1:30. At 3:30 I called to verify that it was there. I then drove for an hour to get it just to find out that it was not there and was back ordered. I think this is information that could have been shared when I called. I will be looking for another glass dealer instead of wasting my time again.
