Great communication and excellent work on replacing my Grand Cherokee windshield!
Horrible place. My husband dropped his truck off at the Ford house to get the window replaced and they took it to Auto Glass magic in brownwood. The window was leaking and water got into his touch screen on his dashboard. They told my husband to bring it up there on a certain day and when he did they were very rude to him because he didn't bring it in in the morning he waited till he got off work. My husband had to walk out.
