Total Joke! State Farm requested an 83 year old submit photos via inspection AFTER canceling on Safelite because they never showed up 3 times. No inspection with Safelite however a million hoops to jump through after choosing another company. Then the claim gets DENIED AFTER BEING APPROVED because they wouldn't accept the pictures? I'm not a professional photographer and did everything I was asked to do. Like a good neighbor my insurance company doesn't care. This company exists to give you a hassle because you did not go to the insurance specified glass replacement foreign owned multi-national (Safelielieliete) that uses the cheapest glass and gives kickbacks to the insurance companies. If you went to their specified provider, you would not have to do this or other things like three-way calling and being told you have to repair rather than replace.
