I called and asked Fred to take a look at my windshield as it was making wind noises while driving over 40 mph. I had a windshield replacement done by Abbas from King Auto Glass. Fred came over and took a look and suggested we do a water test. We did just that and found that there was indeed a leak. I offered to pay him for his troubles, but he refused. I will get this fixed, but I guarantee you that I will ask Fred to take care of us in the future. Thank you very much Fred!
Fred did great work replacing a cracked windshield and the rear glass after a tree limb fell on my car. Within two hours of calling, he was onsite! Very thankful for such a quick and professional job!

The gentleman showed up within the time window. He charged me extra because he didn't specify my type of car from our original phone call and then proceeded to try and charge me additional for molding. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of my money after the fact and did not stick with the original quote. It's one thing to charge me extra for taxes, that's normal, but it's not my fault you didn't specify the car from the beginning and then try and charge me extra for molding.
