Totally non-professional! It was hard to get them over phone. After struggling for the whole day, they told me, they do not have the glass for which they took order 3 days ago!
These guys provided superb service. They came out to my home and did the windshield replacement. There was a clerical error that provided me with a windshield that was for an earlier model of my car. The technician had to come back but I was charged the original agreed to price, even though the correct windshield was more expensive. The technician was kind and professional. He even moved my trash cans to enter my driveway (trash pickup was that morning.)
Very professional, polite and did a great job.
The technician contacted me before coming out. He stated that he was 20 minutes away from me and would contact me when he arrived which he did. He was very professional and pleasant.
I'm so incredibly disappointed in the service from this company. I had my windshield replaced last Wednesday and came out to car on Sunday to find the rear view mirror dangling by wires. I called and they sent someone out this morning who said the problem was fixed and wouldn't you know it -- I came out this afternoon to find the same issue.
