Scheduled a Thursday appointment to come to my house. Needless to say Thursday rolled around and haven’t heard anything by 2pm. I called them, the man who answered was confused. Asked to speak to a manager. Getting ready to transfer me and says “oh my God, what was his extension again”. The manager Matt gets on the line and starts off by saying “I called you this morning but your voicemail wasn’t set up”. I asked for the number and it was completely wrong. They had to reschedule because the glass didn't arrive and they forgot to call the morning of to let me know when they would actually be there. Other than that, they were great! Fair price, nice people, quick work. I would use them again!
They were on time, completed the repair in the time they said it would take, and the technician was very nice & respectful.
Ron was amazing! On time Precise Careful w my baby (my white 2019 Lincoln Nautilus). Personable Neat and tidy. A master of his trade. I sent him on his way w a bottle of water, trail mix and a generous tip.
