I called with hopes I could have my windshield replaced but didn't think I would be able to due to damage to my truck so I began with asking if I could just purchase a windshield and the fellow that answered the phone asked so your just calling to purchase glass I said " yes only because I have" and he then hung up on me. I understand if that isn't what they do as business but to just hang up on a customer isn't very professional in my opinion.
