Their phone customer service reps were polite and professional however I was given misleading information. Was informed yesterday that a technician could do my replacement today. Per their instructions, I was expecting a phone call from the tech, never received it, and so I called them only to be told the part was not in and to reschedule for tomorrow. Boo.
