They are cheap, but they are also liars. They called and told me that my window had been damaged, I disappointingly agreed to wait another week, while informoming them I don't have a car. This whole time you could hear my child in the back ground (she was grumpy) I called and told my parents and my mom wanted more of an explanation. First off if this would have been my personal vehicle I would have told them to leave. Need new window on work van. My works leasing service finds these guys then the glass company calls us to set it all up. Well the lady from the glass company calls saying she has me scheduled for Monday morning I guess not concerned with my schedule. So I call back get it changed. Don't do it. The tech that was "suppose" to replace my windshield drove a minivan that had seen better days. It was missing pieces (had been in an accident or two) and didn't have the company's name on it. The inside of the minivan was a mess. The tech called me around the end of the window that he would call me. He arrived at the end of the window that he said he would be there. Tech said that my car could not move for 1 hr after he was done so that the adhesive would cure. I was leaving soon so he said he would do it first... read more

I was very disappointed with Auto Glass Fitters. I called and told them I needed a new windshield for an Eagle Talon. They told me they would order it and when it came in the tech would come to my house and replace it, weather permitting. Two days later I got a phone call saying that my windshield was cracked during transit to their location. They said they would order a new one which would be in on the truck the next day and they would call to set up a time to replace it. Then next day passed and I never received the call. ... read more
