They come to you. They gave a phone estimate, which was good, but came late and unprepared with all of the parts the first day. Had to reschedule, late for appointment again. Frustrating because both days I had to put other errands on hold. Their price estimate was not complete. I learned that when you deal with a company that comes to you, you are at their mercy and the time that I needed was not available to them. Not happy! Would not recommend them. Oh, by the way, called Techna glass who matched their price.
