Very fast and efficient good experience worth the drive
Called and got a quote for a 30 year old vehicle in Rochester NY. Was told no problem set a time and date and that was that untill I got to the shop. This morning I was called to come in as soon as I could because they had a lack of work for the shop and I soon figured out why.The manager without looking at my truck told me he wasn't able to replace the window due to rust.... A technician came to my home to replace the windshield but was unable to complete the job because the required codes did not clear on his end, so he left. The most frustrating part was that he promised to follow up and explain what went wrong and what steps I should take next—but he never did. I reached out afterward and received no response. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this company.
