I've been trying to get two windshields installed by this place for two weeks without success. The first time they called to reschedule due to weather (totally reasonable) but the second time they missed the appointment I never got a call. So I called them and they left a message with the installer to call me, but they never did. I had to call back and reschedule yet again. This company was absolutely horrible to deal with. The tech (Jaime) was nice enough but did a really poor job - all 5 times. Yes, he had to come out 5 different times to "fix" things and they are still not right (at one point I asked for a different tech and they still sent the same guy). He broke a piece of the car and when he came out to put the new piece on (that I insisted be replaced), he broke my windshield and had to replace it again. This last time, my vehicle was left with debris everywhere inside and my rear view m... read more
