They charge to much and they make things like they are going to space.
Customer service from office and techs was friendly and accommodating, even after my initial replacement windshield required replacement due to small chip overlooked on initial install. Communication was not clear between office and vendors as the wrong glass ordered on two separate occasions; however, the redeeming quality and rating of this review was ultimately down to the professionalism, experience, and quality of work by Tim from the Spartanburg/Greenville area who was the tech who performed install.
