If I could give a 0 star I would. A month ago I called to ask if they could replace glass in a car side view mirror and was told yes and it would take a few days to get mirror. I have called several times and was told we'll text you when glass comes in. Today I was told "sorry we can't get your glass." A whole month to tell me this!!! Don't go to this business!!
He was polite and respectful. I called several places with no luck. They were able to one out the same day.
I called the company same day that I got hit by a rock on my windshield that’s caused some pretty large cracks. Not only did they beat out two other local companies in Williamsburg with price, but they also were available next day. Larry came out and did the install in a matter of an hour or less. He was professional and kind. The transaction was seemless. 10/10 would recommend this company!
The first photo shows a rip in the trim that the installer said was caused by dry rot. It wasn't there before the installer got there and never had any problems with dry rot or a rip in the trim until the installation of this new windshield. The second photo shows part of the mess that the installer left on our SUV. Not happy at all with the cosmetic side of this installation!
