Fast, friendly and great service. Worked directly with my insurance to replace my windshield
Stay away from this place! I took my car to Auto Glass Factory for a simple chip repair, and they ended up cracking my entire windshield. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I’d have to pay for a full replacement! The technician was clearly inexperienced, and the customer service was awful. I had to go to another shop to fix their mistake. Complete waste of time and money!

A week later, I noticed water leaking into my car whenever it rained. When I called them, they refused to fix it unless I paid extra! Poor workmanship and even worse customer service. Called around to a few places until I called Auto Glass Factory and spoke with Jessica. The customer service was incredible! Very quick and easy process. Our technician Christian came out within a couple hours and did an excellent job, he was very professional, and very kind. They go above and beyond
