I hope the owner or management read the comments. I been in this location three days ago and one of the employees noted my contact information, to contact me and order the parts for my car. Finally today as August 25, around 12:00 to 01:00 o’clock I received a call from this location and put me on hold for more than 40 minutes. The price is acceptable, but the receptionist needs to understand and speak English clearly. She misunderstood and told the owner WRONG information. The guy call me just like the lady said he would, when I answered I got accused of calling nonstop. I called once and had to call again cuz the call dropped or his rep hung up. Idk
They did an amazing job replacing driver side window- there was a scratches on the newly replaced window. The owner told me he will order new glass and took cared of it. Service was great from start to finished. Thank you Auto Glass Express! I will be a returning customer.
I was desperate to find someone to fix my windshield quickly & a great $. Jimmy took great care of me, & the guys @ the shop took care of my car. Service was faster than I was originally told, & the price was the best I could find in the DMV for my Camry.
