I have not had service this excellent, or anywhere close to as good, in a very very long time. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will refer ANYONE who needs Auto Glass of any kind. I wanted to replace the rear window of my daughter's subaru legacy because when we purchased it used, the rear window had a TERRIBLE tinting job on it that I could not remove myself. I had a horrible experience with safelite and thankfully I ran out of the appointment and immediately looked for another company. I contacted VW of gastonia and asked if they did auto glass replacement, they did not. However, Auto Glass Experts is who they reccomended. The entire Auto Glass Experts team made my windshield repair very easy and seamless. I was able to text their company and set up a mobile appointment for them to come to my work office and repair chips in the windshield. Everything was easy from simple communication to being alerted that my technician, Joshua P, was on the way. Easy, simple payment options as well. Thank you for keeping my family safe in our car!
They did a great job from the time I called to picking up my truck. They were able to get me in the same day and they did the rest. They also cleaned up all the glass as well.
