Had a wonderful experience at Auto Glass Experts. My windshield has never looked better! My original appointment was for 3PM on a Tuesday, I was able to get off work earlier where I could be to their shop at 1PM. They said it was no problem and they could fit me in. When I arrived it looked as though they were very busy and that I may be there longer than what they had estimated me, 2.5 hours. I have not had service this excellent, or anywhere close to as good, in a very very long time. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will refer ANYONE who needs Auto Glass of any kind. I wanted to replace the rear window of my daughter's subaru legacy because when we purchased it used, the rear window had a TERRIBLE tinting job on it that I could not remove myself. They did a great job from the time I called to picking up my truck. They were able to get me in the same day and they did the rest. They also cleaned up all the glass as well.
Great service from start to finish! They gave me a fair price, got me scheduled quickly, and the work was done fast and professionally. My windshield looks perfect and everything is working as it should. The team was friendly, honest, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement!
From the initial call to the final windshield install, the service and friendliness of the staff is 5 stars all the way! They were up front about the cost and possible chance of glass damage in repairing the seal. Ended up having to replace the windshield and felt very comfortable having the work done. Excellent communication and great experience. This was at the Hickory location. (BTW, this was the only glass shop that I called based on my interactions with them on the phone)
