He took the time to explain the insurance process and the different windshield options, which I really appreciated. The insurance company may try to push you toward Safelite, but you absolutely have the choice to use this company—and I’m so glad I did. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the workmanship and professionalism were outstanding. I wish there were more business like this one. Highly recommend!
