Original replacement by them started leaking at the seals and the cars windshield wants to lift, called them up, no record that the work was done by them, 1 hour later on hold, found it, so i schedule warranty repair.. These people don't know their @$$h*le from their elbow. This is now the 3rd time rescheduling because of no shows or "showing up to the wrong address". The people running the phones are inept, or the driver can't read. They've completely lost my confidence, go somewhere else.
I would give it a five star if it wasn't for the mismatch between the office representative and the technician communication time which I was told would be between 7 and 7:30AM. Turned out to be 9AM to confirm a more definitive time to arrive at my location by the service tech. The tech was great and went right to work. I would still recommend this company.

Not happy already! spoke with a agent explained I needed to get a sticker, which was fine she said I can have it done today 4/6, and said will be in the morning, so I made a appointment for my sticker at 3:00 pm today, now the tech calls says between 1-3 today, i said thats not what the agent said yesterday. If she said this I would of made a different appointment time for my sticker. Now they say oh will try to see what the tech can do! seriously
