The lady that answered the phone was very rude to my mother and I. I will save her from the embarrassment by not including her name but she hung up on my mom when she was trying to ask about other options on getting her car window fixed. I called, spoke with a man, he was very pleasant and apologized for the incident and said he could see what he can do about getting my mom another appointment or even coming to her job to fix it.
