Came in for a windshield chip repair and left worse than I arrived. Frank said the car needed to be brought to the shop so the edge of the glass could be properly filled and sealed with special equipment. The technician didn't use any of that — just a basic patch repair. The chip is still clearly visible, the glass looks worse than before, and the repair did not hold at all. I've requested a full refund.
