2021 Ram 1500 windshield replacement at my home. Customer service people who answer the phone are polite, courteous, and professional. First appointment they gave me a 6 hour window, and by the 6th hour no one showed up or called. I called them to reschedule and complain. They said the tech was running late and should of called me. I highly recommend this business if you need to replace your windshield. I called on a Wednesday and had an appointment Friday morning. Shirley explained everything quite clearly and gave me the exact quote I ended up paying. It was cheaper than the other businesses I spoke with too. Upon arrival, Mindy greeted me and brought me upstairs whereupon I was seated in a comfy room complete with Wifi and TV remote, as I had chosen to wait there.
