Super friendly, reliable, efficient. I had 2 new windows cut in my brand new van. My only criticism is that he suggested that I could cover the raw edges of the cuts he made with door strip. At $400 for less than an hour's work, it would've been a nice touch for him to do that instead of leaving it to me. There was also scraped paint in my interior, aside from the cut edges. Not too happy about that, but I'll get used to it.
