The first time here based upon the reviews and it’s true, awesome experience of both communications and the replacement of my windshield.
Very nice and polite workers. Everyone is very nice. I called to make an appointment three days previous to my date set, but only the next business day over. They fit me in no problem and when I needed a reschedule to the following day there was no issue. They offer free refreshments while you wait with a large variety to chose from. You really appreciate customer service when things don't go as expected. I crack the windshield on my new Pilot and took it to Autoglass Connection, because I read a good review about them. Their quote was reasonable and the schedule of my service was hassle free. They replaced the windshield according to the glass specifications, but I later noticed the sound isolation wasn't as good as the original Honda glass. I called on a Friday morning to schedule an appointment to have my windshield replaced. They were able to see me that very same day! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They took care of all the insurance paperwork for me. Best of all, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The professional work they did was outstanding. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Connection to anyone without hesitation and gladly do business with the again in a heartbeat!
Fast service, great prices (was quoted $100 - $200 more from other companies), friendly owner and staff. They were honest with the quote they provided me. There were no hidden charges. Owner is an animal lover like myself. Love doing business with someone like this!
