Previous representative Francis was disrespectful to me over the phone. I will never refer business to them. She left a sour taste in my mouth from your company.
Booked an apt at 12pm the prior day for the next day. They literally didn't show up or call me at all. I followed up twice they said they'd let dispatch know. Then they said they'd have to come tomorrow and couldn't explain why, they said they'd explain the next day. They never did and now they're outside trying to work on my car but my window was fixed by a little shop nearby who undercut their price and I guess they'll figure that out eventually! Great service and fast, had to go into thier location to replace windshield. The quote online does not include calibration and they can not tell you on the phone. It was more than I expected when i took the car in and more than another quote I recieved. I did get it replaced since I was already there.
