My experience with Auti Glass 2020 was honestly terrible. I spoke with Lacy, who promised me a rebate as part of the deal, but guess what, I never received it. It feels completely misleading and unprofessional to make promises just to close a sale and then not follow through. On top of that, trying to get any kind of response afterward was a nightmare. Did the windshield replacement, but the promised rebate was sent out later in the mail, which I had to call about. Also once received it, the check bounced. This was December 2024. It is now July 2025 and since I've received the notice from my bank of a bounced check months back, I've tried calling, leaving voicemails and emails, speaking with someone in the department, and keep getting the runaround.
