Just before Christmas 2025 I found the rear Air Bags on my 2000 Coaster Motorhome were in a very sorry state. Tried all over, without satisfaction for advice & quotes/estimates to have them replaced. I was referred to AUTO GIANT, called them, & was responded to by Glen in the Service Dept. What a revelation! Once again we sing praise to Tony and his team with some help from Airbag man! After issues with our suspension in our MH both Tony and Airbag man backed their product and gave us first class service. It is nice to come across 2 companies you can put your total trust in. I recently had my car serviced with other follow up work done at Auto Giant. I found them to be very professional, friendly, helpful and generally good to do business with. The owner/mechanic made himself available to speak to me and was happy to explain what is urgent and what can wait and I felt I could trust him. This has not happened where I had my car serviced for the previous 17 years. It seemed my car had some catch up work that needed to be done.
