Service has gone downhill alot, my past 2 experiences have been bad. Staff seemed to be rude. Hope i had another option in the city to get my car serviced.
Anthony was a great help. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen . Chris the finance manger was awesome as well. They made sure I was well taken care of and happy when I left. I walked out with a 2025 crostrek touring and I couldn't be more happier. After my first experience I was doubting my decision. But the have a whole new staff and if I buy another car it will be from the auto gallery.
Ben was excellent, a pleasure to deal with.
